I’m an executive coach, trainer and speaker. I empower and inspire leaders to live a rich and fulfilling textured life. I am the owner and founder of Textured Life Coaching & Consulting.
I believe that life is meant to be fun and lived out loud. My work and life is inspired by the beauty of nature and the beauty of humans living their authentic truth. I love working with passionate, dedicated people who want to live meaningful lives.
I’ve been a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) for 18 years and teaching for most of my life. I’ve combined these two passions by being a Leadership Trainer for various organizations as well as a Coach Trainer at Co-Active Training Institute. Over the years, it’s been an honor to have been a speaker at various Coaching events such as International Coach Federation (ICF) Global Conference in Quebec, Metro DC ICF Conference, and Positive Psychology Summit.
